Semi-Legitimate Software, LLC ("us", "we", or "our") operates semi-legitimate.com, slsgroup.org and pocket-e.com (the "Site"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the Site.

We use information you provide to respond to inquiries, arrange product demonstrations, discuss your requirements, and provide and improve the Site. Optional analytics is used only after you allow it, as explained below.

While using our Site, we may ask you to provide information that can be used to contact or identify you ("Personal Information"). On pocket-e.com, when you contact us or request a demonstration, we collect the information you submit, such as your name, email address, company, optional telephone number, and details about your requirements.

We use WebinarGeek to handle webinar registrations, session delivery, and related emails. When you register, the information you submit—including your name, email address, company, and any question—is processed through WebinarGeek. We use registration details, attendance information, and questions to run the session, send confirmations and reminders, and follow up about the webinar. Please avoid including confidential production information in registration questions or public chat.

We use Google Calendar to arrange workflow reviews and Google Meet to host them. When you book, Google processes the contact and appointment information you provide. Booking and webinar services operate under their own privacy terms; declining our optional analytics does not prevent you from using these services.

Our hosting systems may record your IP address, browser information, requested page, and request time to deliver and secure the Site and diagnose problems. These operational logs are separate from optional website analytics.

On pocket-e.com, we ask before loading Umami Cloud analytics. If you choose Allow analytics, Umami measures pages visited, referring websites, campaign labels, selected link clicks, and time while a page is visible and focused. We use this information to understand visits and improve our website and campaigns. A link click is not a confirmed booking or webinar registration.

Umami processes IP addresses and browser information to group activity using pseudonymous identifiers and may derive an approximate location. Its standard analytics records do not store IP addresses as a separate field; its infrastructure may process or log them. Cookieless analytics is not a guarantee of anonymity. We do not send visitor names, email addresses, form contents, URL fragments, or unrelated URL parameters through this analytics feature. We do not enable session recordings or personally identify visitors in Umami.

Umami acts as our analytics service provider. See its privacy policy and data processing terms for information about processing locations, service providers, and retention. We use the account's retention settings to limit analytics history to what is needed to evaluate website and campaign performance.

Declining leaves the Site available without optional analytics. We remember your choice for 180 days on this browser using a preference cookie shared by pocket-e.com and www.pocket-e.com. Clearing that cookie, using another browser, or a material change to our analytics may require a new choice. If browser storage is unavailable, your choice can only be remembered on the current page.

Use Privacy choices here or in the footer to change your choice. Withdrawing stops future optional measurement; it does not automatically erase information already collected. We treat supported Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track browser signals as a decline, including when a previous choice allowed analytics.

This analytics choice does not enable advertising pixels, retargeting, or conversion-event sharing with advertising platforms. Those features are not part of this analytics setup.

Cookies are small pieces of data that websites store in your browser. Websites can also use local browser storage to remember settings between visits.

On pocket-e.com, browser storage remembers your pricing configuration. If you submit a contact or demo request, your saved configuration is included with the request to help us understand your needs. A preference cookie remembers your analytics choice. A separate cookie maintains authorized access to restricted editing tools.

You can use your browser settings to refuse cookies or clear stored site data. Blocking cookies may prevent access to some portions of the Site. Clearing browser storage removes your saved pricing configuration from that browser.

The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
